They have everything in the craft line you could possibly need, they also have sale items and deals regularly. I just worry because it always seems empty, we hope it doesn’t close. We had a mat cut for a picture and bought a frame. All done while we wait and very reasonable.

Went into the store to get fabric to make quilts, the light was on to the frame area and there is a button that says press for service. Sat there and pressed it three different times and no one came. After we were there for about 15 minutes and the light in the frame area got turned off. Crap service. Very disappointed

The store itself is nice but every time I require employee assistance (ie. Fabric cut, need help locating something, making a return) Lou makes it very obvious that I’m an inconvenience >.< Unless she’s just got some unique quirky dead pan humor that I’ve never come across before?? … but I’m pretty sure she’s just not into customer service. And tbh - valid.

This is one of the best spots for most hobby crafters needs. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ordering online and picking up in-store is an absolute breeze. They have highly discounted holiday decorations immediately after holidays, so that's nice! Don't forget to check their clearance sections throughout or the crafting books in the Southeast corner of the store! My wife found some crocheting books that she fell in love with.

TOOTSIE LEE LOVED GOING HERE! Everyone was super kind to her. She spent her last day on this earth visiting some of her favorite places this being one of them. And it was extra special running into this gym of an employee without her even knowing any of the circumstances that were occurring. 🫂 💞🌈🐾🐶☮️🕊️
